This well-established artist was born in West Yorkshire in 1953. He is the leading "plein air" painter in St Ives, and a member of the St Ives Arts Club. He has run his own successful gallery since 1990. His paintings are collected widely, and have been sold all over the world: Douglas has exhibited in New Zealand and the United States as well as at many galleries in the United Kingdom.
